Data and document archiving issues?
An information system is constantly evolving, both in terms of its applications and of the data it manages.
Over time, information of all kinds is collected, created, generated and stored. Such information must be kept for regulatory reasons, or for occasional consultation, but does not economically justify the maintenance and support of the applications that host it.
However, it is easy to store this information in an archiving application, and to display it in the same format as the original application when requested by the user.
Significant savings can be made by decommissioning obsolete applications, archiving and preserving data for regulatory and audit requirements, while providing users with secure, intuitive access to information.
Our RECODE DATALAKE archiving platform enables all this, as well as aggregating data from different sources, linking them together and restoring an overview for the benefit of the business.
RECODE DATALAKE can also be used to manage GDPR compliance.
As part of a migration project to a new system (where it is often necessary to retain an image of your data before migration) or as part of GDPR obligations, it is also necessary to archive data:
- For evidence purposes in exchanges with the authorities or your customers and suppliers,
- As a precautionary measure,
- To ease the transition to the new system,
- etc.
Too often, this involves keeping the source system, which entails significant infrastructure costs and requires work to disable some functions in order to not alter the data.
Our data and document archiving and consultation offer
Our RECODE DATALAKE offer provides a simple, cost-effective response to the problem of archiving computer data and documents. It is the result of our expertise in data migration and application generation, and has been designed to meet your needs simply and cost-effectively.

Compatibility with ZFS or NTFS data compression significantly reduces the volume of data to be hosted.
Deployment
We deliver a ready-to-use application on your own environment or in hosted mode via a certified partner, and provide maintenance and support if you wish.
